Yngve Mongstad

Co-founder & CEO

Yngve is an experienced project and process manager with 14 years of experience from technology and improvement projects for some of Norway's largest organisations. He combines deep understanding of technology and business, and is very good at seeing the big picture while understanding the details that make up the whole. He works closely with clients to identify what creates real value and make sure the solutions deliver on it.

Yngve has worked a great deal where finance and technology meet, including on governance models, finance processes, financial planning and reporting, as well as digitalisation and the implementation of new solutions. His roles have ranged from developer and solution architect to process adviser and project manager, which lets him bring different perspectives together and drive projects forward across disciplines.

Yngve is a strong process driver, with a high capacity for getting things done, an analytical eye and the ability to see the whole value chain. He puts great weight on good communication and involvement, and is good at working with every level of an organisation.

Paula Janaszczak

Co-founder & Consulting Director

Paula is an experienced project and change manager who helps organisations get value from technology. She supports employees and managers in bringing new solutions into their working day, navigating change and creating results that last over time.

She is adaptable and at ease with every kind of stakeholder, from management teams and office staff to operational staff out in the field. With her commitment and pragmatic approach, she is good at building trust and creating a safe space for development, ownership and lasting results.

Paula holds certifications including PROSCI and PRINCE2, and has particularly strong expertise in change management, system rollouts, digital collaboration and process improvement, with Microsoft 365 as one of her specialist areas. She has 7 years of experience in operational line roles in the telecom industry, and 8 years as a consultant in industries such as manufacturing, energy, culture, insurance and NGOs.
