Mature AI use in practice: from chatbots to agents and workflows
From AI chat to AI systems: this workshop takes participants from random, ad hoc use of AI (chatbots and generic prompts) to a more mature, process-oriented way of working, where AI becomes a reliable part of the working day. We build practical skills in two concepts that have a far greater effect on everyday work: AI agents and AI workflows.
