Privacy Policy
Last updated 14 October 2026
This page explains which personal data we process when you use ynspira.com and the AI guide Ailo, why we process it, and what rights you have. The Norwegian version is the original.
1. Who is responsible
Ynspira AS (org. no. 834 949 512), Karlstadgata 29, 0553 Oslo, Norway, is the data controller. Send questions about privacy to hei@ynspira.com.
2. What data we process, and why
When you send us a form
The forms for courses, workshops and contact ask for your name, company and work e-mail, and optionally your job title, mobile number, a message and which offers you are interested in. We also store the page the form was sent from and the time.
We use the data to answer you and follow up your enquiry. You get a confirmation by e-mail, and we get a notice in our inbox. The basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and steps you have asked for before a possible agreement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
When you ask for a webinar recording
We use your e-mail address to send you the link to the recording, and we sign you up for our newsletter. This is stated next to the form before you send it. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time (see section 3).
When you book a call
Bookings are made in Cal.com. You give your name, e-mail and, if you like, a message, and pick a time. The meeting is added to our calendar and held in Google Meet. The basis is that you have asked for the call (Art. 6(1)(b)).
When you sign up for a course
Sign-up and payment happen in Checkin. We receive the details you give there, such as name, e-mail, employer and invoicing details. We use them to run the course and invoice it. The basis is our agreement with you (Art. 6(1)(b)) and our bookkeeping obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
When you create an Ailo account
We store your name, e-mail, country, company if you give one, and whether you want the newsletter. Your password is stored encrypted, and we cannot read it. Feedback you send through Ailo is stored with your e-mail address and the page you were on. The basis is the agreement to use the service (Art. 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in improving it (Art. 6(1)(f)).
When you visit the website
We measure visits without cookies and without being able to identify you (Plausible). We see, for example, which pages are visited and where visitors come from, but not who you are. The basis is our legitimate interest in improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f)).
3. Newsletter
The newsletter goes to people who signed up with the newsletter form on the website, said yes when registering in Ailo or on the profile page, or asked for a webinar recording. We store your e-mail, name and country (the country decides whether you get the Norwegian or the English edition), and when and how you said yes. The newsletter is sent with MailerLite. The basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every newsletter, or on your Ailo profile page.
4. Cookies
Ynspira.com only uses cookies that are needed for logging in to Ailo. We use no cookies for marketing or tracking.
On the contact page and the free discovery call page we show the Cal.com calendar. On other pages it loads only when you point at or tap «Book a call», which opens it. On course sign-up pages we show the Checkin sign-up form. These store some data in your browser that is needed for booking and sign-up to work, and may send technical error reports to their own suppliers.
5. Who we share data with
We never sell your data and do not share it with others for their marketing. We use these suppliers, who process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement:
| Supplier | What they do for us | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Database and login | EU (Stockholm) |
| Vercel | Hosting the website | Servers in Stockholm; the company is in the US |
| Resend | Sending e-mail from the website | Sent from Ireland; logs stored in the US |
| MailerLite | Newsletter | EU |
| Google Workspace | E-mail, calendar and Google Meet | EU and other countries |
| Cal.com | Booking calls | US |
| Checkin | Course sign-up and payment | EU (Ireland) |
| Plausible | Visitor statistics without cookies | EU |
| Zoho | Showing webinar recordings, when you open the link | EU and other countries |
Transfers outside the EU/EEA. When data is processed in the US, this is based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the supplier is certified (Vercel, Cal.com, Google, MailerLite, Resend), and otherwise on the EU standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep the data
- Enquiries and bookings that do not lead to a customer relationship are deleted 2 years after the last contact.
- Customer relationships: as long as the agreement lasts. Accounting records, such as invoices, are kept for 5 years after the end of the financial year, as the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act requires.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. We keep your address on an unsubscribe list so you are not added again by mistake.
- Ailo account: until you delete it or ask us to. Accounts that have not been used for 3 years are deleted after we have notified you by e-mail.
- Feedback in Ailo: until it has been dealt with, at most 1 year.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have errors corrected, to have data deleted, to ask for restricted processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to receive your data in a machine-readable format. If you have given consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect processing before you withdrew it.
Send an e-mail to hei@ynspira.com. We answer within 30 days. You can also change your name, company, country and newsletter choice yourself on your Ailo profile page.
If you think we process your data in breach of the rules, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet. Feel free to tell us first, and we will put it right.
8. Security
Data is transferred encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored encrypted. Only we have access to enquiries, and access is controlled in the database. The forms are protected against automated submissions.
9. Changes
We update this policy when we change how we process data. The date at the top shows the last change. If the changes are significant, we notify Ailo users by e-mail.
